Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly not be attributed to either their commercial or their independent professional activity.)

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reasons.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day,

  • on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have/has taken possession of the goods, provided you have ordered one or more goods as part of a uniform order and these are delivered uniformly, or
  • on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have/has taken possession of the last goods, provided you have ordered multiple goods as part of a uniform order and these are delivered separately, or
  • on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have/has taken possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece, provided you have ordered goods that are delivered in multiple partial shipments or pieces, or
  • on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have/has taken possession of the first goods, provided you have concluded a contract for the regular delivery of goods over a fixed period.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (AUTONOM HEALTH ® GesundheitsbildungsGmbH, Siedersgraben 2-2, 3400 Klosterneuburg, Austria, Phone number: +43 699 122 000 01, Email address: office@autonomhealth.com) by means of a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post, email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, which is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the most economical standard delivery we offer), immediately and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive your notification of withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day you inform us about the withdrawal of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing their nature, properties, and functionality.
