In 60 short videos with a total running time of 9 hours, not only the last “secrets” of HRV are revealed, these are based on 28 sample measurements from the categories “High Performance HRV”, “Good Life”, “Stress”, “Unhealthy” Lifestyle ”and “Pathologies” explained in detail. There is also extensive material on the subject of “burnout”. The interactive part offers a special highlight: Everything that is still needed for successful coaching – including type analysis with the HRV – is dealt with in the interactive coaching via zoom.

The e-learning videos are available for 3 months (9 months for a total booking, 6 months when booking Modules 1-3).

Learning objective

You will learn step by step all essential aspects of vegetative functional diagnostics. Starting from the basics of biosignal processing and the transformation of the raw data into the various software analysis systems, up to the concrete application on the client in all areas of modern lifestyle and stress medicine. You will recognize all the essential intervention and optimization potentials of your clients and you will know how to react to different analysis constellations.

Prerequisite

[The prerequisite for the first two online modules is an interest in one’s own health.
Completed professional training and professional experience in the areas of health, counseling or coaching are required for the advanced modules including the final examination.
The training to become a certified HRV-Professional offers a theoretical and an application-oriented part.
